Please note that due to our commitments to the site and other projects, we don’t have the time or resources to make personal restaurant or shop recommendations, or to answer queries of the “Where can I find <x> in Toronto?” variety. If you have such questions, we highly recommend making a post to the “Ontario (including Toronto)” discussion board on Chowhound, where there are plenty of local foodies who should be able to help you out.

Event Listings

Dinners, tastings, festivals, lectures, parties, consumer shows - if there’s a food-related event coming up in Toronto, we want to know about it. Send the details to events@tasteto.com and we’ll add it to our Events page.

Press and Promotions

Do you have news we can share with the food lovers of Toronto? Want to tell us about your new shop, restaurant or product? Want to send us a sample for review or invite us to an opening? Just follow the instructions below and hit us with the good stuff.

(NOTE to PR companies and businesses - our area of coverage is centred in Toronto, Canada. We usually do not cover mainstream grocery items, and we cannot cover businesses or restaurants from outside Toronto. Please do NOT send press releases for restaurants, events or businesses outside of the Toronto/Southern Ontario area.)

Email: Send press releases in PLAIN TEXT ONLY to pr@tasteto.com. Please NO file attachments, html or fancy stuff unless requested. Links to websites are fine, but massive attachments that eat our computer make us cranky.

Snail mail: If you have something in paper or package form that you need to send to us, please email us for our mailing address. If you’re sending a press package, we graciously request that it be as minimal as possible. Please don’t send us the glossy fancy folder, or piles of pages of quotes or unnecessary photos - save a tree: we’re just going to take the important stuff out and throw the rest in the recycling bin.
