I used to be thwarted by the shop's short hours; it closed at 4 pm so I could never stop in after work. Thanks goodness, it's now open till 6 and I've visited a few times to get some treats. Hazelnut crunch is my favourite. And, as you note, the staff are very friendly and seem genuinely happy to be working there. Makes it a pleasure to visit.
