I'm usually not a big wings guy, but I ordered them there on a whim and they were so good I keep having cravings and going back. I think they're deep fried but there's always a bit of char on them, like maybe they tossed 'em on the grill for a few seconds after the frying. The wings themselves have lots of meat on them, and nice chicken-y taste that reminds me of Tandoori. The "medium" sauce is pleasant, though not particularly hot or remarkable.
