Here's some food for thought for today...
- New Yorkers are "blissfully unaware of their quirky retail traditions."
- Do you like fine food? Then maybe you've got brain damage.
- Oh, Toronto... why do you have to make everything so damned difficult? More food cart fuss.
- If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Coca Cola gets itself sued over their line of vitamin waters.
- Or, you could choose to not be idiots - pro-life groups take issue with Krispy Kreme's use of the phrase "freedom of choice" as part of their "have a free donut on inauguration day" promotion. The American Life League sent out a press release titled "Krispy Kreme Celebrates Obama With Pro-Abortion Doughnuts".
- Britain plans to enforce posted calorie counts at fast food chains.
- Should supermarkets take a small financial hit to improve the quality of their prepared foods?
- And finally, donuts that don't need calorie counts, or rile up the pro-lifers.
