The most anticipated foodie event of the next seven days is undoubtedly Wednesday's live interview (conducted by Matt Galloway) and Q&A with Michael Pollan, celebrated author of The Omnivore's Dilemma and In Defense of Food. Presented by The Cookbook Store, the event sold out the originally booked Heliconian Hall, got moved to the much larger ROM Theatre, and quickly sold out again.
(I'm now picturing a group of shady looking dudes standing at Bloor and Avenue Road shouting "Who needs tickets? Getchyer Pollan tickets here!")
