newsboy.jpgEveryone’s been talking about the new Terroni location on Adelaide Street, particularly the long waits and lack of reservations. Steven Davey of NOW braves the crowds at the cacophonous dining room to find the food just as good as it’s always been, but the pizzas are a little light. Also light are the fillings in Graham Duncan’s review of I Feel Like Crepe - and not in a good way. Duncan also spies some teddybears after a tipple or two of Glenrothes Select Reserve Single Malt.

At Eye, Corey Mintz is his usual witty self as he reviews brunch joint Noon.

Are we really that lazy? Is it so hard to cook eggs? Or is there an inherent pleasure in having our breakfast made for us that transcends all associated frustrations? Torontonians are prepared to brave a blizzard to avoid cooking their own breakfast. How about an earthquake? Martian invasion? Rapture?

They’re back up to speed and tackling the holiday pounds at Metro with a wire piece on healthy options at fast food chains, the health benefits of tomatoes, and family meals to help prevent eating disorders.

Also in Metro, Billy Munnelly celebrates blockbuster reds,  and Vanessa Ray is in the foodie questionnaire hotseat.
