Take a trip back in time at Black Creek Pioneer Village, and enjoy a holiday feast in an authentic 19th-century setting. Turkey with sage and sausage stuffing, herbed mash and a veggie medley will be the main course, with roasted seasonal vegetables in a phyllo pastry wrap on the card for vegetarians. If you can't make it this weekend, it'll be served on December 16th and 23rd as well.

Oysters and beer. A fine pairing at any time, but even better when the oysters are being served by Adam Colquhoun of Oyster Boy, and he beer is being poured by Steve Abrams of Mill Street Brewery. Expect to taste some of the best bivalves the sea has to offer, accompanied by some fine ales and lagers.
