While the most popular aspect of the annual Winterlicious event (January 25 to February 7, 2008) is undoubtedly the prix fixe menu promotion that takes place at over 100 restaurants around the city, the 14-day festival of food also features a parallel series of more unique culinary events.
From cooking classes and demos to ornate weekend brunches, the seven events touch on numerous aspects of Toronto's gastronomical scene. And since tickets for all of them go on sale tomorrow (or today, if you're an American Express cardholder), gift giving for the foodies on your Christmas list just got a lot easier.
Full details on all seven happenings appear below, courtesy of City of Toronto Special Events. To order tickets, contact each venue directly using the phone numbers provided.
