webapple.jpgThere's an announcement on BlogUT about the Hart House Lunch taking place on November 21st and costing only $5. And in the "you missed it but make a note for next month" column, the Hart House Community Kitchen event.

Over at Menumental, Eric Vellend cooks up some of my favourite greens, rapini. And Swoon One One from Metroblogging visits the Arcadian Court waaaay upstairs at the Bay at Queen & Yonge.

At Eye, Bev Spritzer has a cranky time at the Gourmet Food and Wine Expo, and instead heads to Yorkville for wine and cheese at Caren's. At Posted Toronto, someone named Sam Mitchell wants chocolate cake.

Malcolm Jolley of Gremolata interviews Christine Cushing about her new book (sorry... I still can't get over the fact that Cushing once pre-empted my beloved Sarah Moulton on Food TV), while the Gremotraveller stops in Vancouver.

At Toronto Life, James Chatto goes on tour with the Gold Medal Plates awards and enjoys meals in many cities, and David Lawrason looks at the new Vintages releases.

And finally, at BlogTO, Tanja checks out Ka Chi in Kensington, and has a less than stellar delivery meal from Regal Garden - scaaaary!!! Then Frank visits Acme Burger, Vanessa hits Brazil Bakery, and Tim ponders if the many Friendly Thai locations will begin taking over the city like Starbucks.
