It's cold, it's rainy... it's November, and Ivonne at Cream Puffs in Venice finds November creepy what with the dark evenings and all. What better way to keep the darkness at bay than with a whole lot of baking?
Other forms of warm hearty food are in order at this time of year, and Robert at Pots and Pans cooks up some Baked Navy Beans and Sausage, while over at The Fork in th Road, I've got a pot of The Soup on the stove.
At The Nutritionista, Cathy does her best to convince the haters that brussels sprouts are actually very yummy.
And Gina Mallet always amuses; this week outdoing herself with a post about cuy (aka. guniea pig), a review of Iron Chef Morimoto's new cookbook (which appears to mostly be for looking at, not cooking from), and a report on shopping mall Santa Clauses in Britain being forced to slim down to set a good example for the turkey twizzler gobbling kiddies. This hurts my head and I need a bit of a lie down now.
