It's been a quiet week on the blogs, for food at least. Everyone is more interested in watching celebrities than in eating.
BlogTO has a lone review of Harbord Fish and Chips, where you'll find good food but probably no celebrities. And Posted Toronto has a fluffy little piece on the pros and cons of late night eating in Chinatown (misleading with a title called "Best and Worst" leading you to believe they give some good info on actual places to go).
At Toronto Life, David Lawrason enjoys a summer vacation in Italy, with, of course, plenty of delicious Italian wines. James Chatto is still in Greece, enjoying the delicacies of Corfu.
At Eye, the Local this week is Aroma Espresso Bar, and golly, there's an awful lot of comments complimenting the writer on a job well done for something as simple as a coffeeshop review.
Patricia Noonan of Gremolata offers an interesting piece on Oceanwise, sort of a Canadian version of the The Fish List, and Malcolm Jolley sips some bubbly.
At Beyond Burgers, Catherine Jheon hits the far east end for what is reported to be the best jerk chicken in the city at Scarlet Ibis.
